Quality Control

At DPS, quality control starts before even receiving the product.

We work closely with our suppliers to understand the best possible method by which to receive and process the days’ catch.

Whether the product is fresh or frozen, our numerous Quality Control Technicians monitor and record the temperature and quality of fish upon receipt and throughout processing.

Once frozen product is received and verified, it is stored in our state-of-the-art facility and can be tracked online via our inventory system.

Our QC Technicians check the facilities daily for Good Manufacturing Practices.
